After lender funds the loan, the tile company will record the deed of
trust with the respective county.
At this time, the loan is considered complete (Close of Escrow) |

Note: If the customer’s name is taken out of the trust. The Title
Company prepares documents to have the property put back into the Trust.
It is the responsibility of the owner/Borrower to record the actual document
to put the property back into the Trust.
