Close of Escrow

    After lender funds the loan, the tile company will record the deed of trust with the respective county.
At this time, the loan is considered complete (Close of Escrow)

 

    Note: If the customer’s name is taken out of the trust. The Title Company prepares documents to have the property put back into the Trust. It is the responsibility of the owner/Borrower to record the actual document to put the property back into the Trust.
